These are beautifully crafted 100% Japanese made, deep navy blue, hakama by Sankei and have Hombu Dojo approval.

They are a mid-weight polyester and viscose blend which allows for all weather training, viscose is a plant based breathable fabric and very good for distributing away heat. Also, due to the viscose in the material blend, the hakama hang well and feel very comfortable to wear. Sankei has a long history in making clothing for martial training and is very experienced in producing only the finest of equipment.

Great care is taken in the manufacturing process right from cutting the material to stitching and reinforcing the critical spots. The koshiita is especially developed to be soft and flexible during Aikido ukemi but able to stand up to the wear and tear of constant falling.

Sizes vary between hakama manufacturers, when ordering it is always best to use the centimetre measurement as your guide rather than the size number.
